Moss Graffiti Street Art By Anna Garforth

The UK based artist has tapped an unlikely source for her urban masterpieces in moss, and the end result is nothing short of amazing. Looking to carve out a new sector in street art, Garforth chose to work with living materials, creating beautiful typography that emerges from old brick buildings found throughout the UK, and even as far as Hong Kong. There’s no harmful toxins or bad fumes involved (as with typical spray paint graffiti), and in all honesty, this urban art form could be welcomed by building owners as it really does add some nice character to the structure. The process of creating the moss graffiti is one that Garforth isn’t looking to share, but you can check out some of her pieces below.
