New York skateboarding company 5Boro again tapped Chris Mulhern to film their latest trip to the City of Brotherly Love. Aside from skating the rugged rails, playgrounds, and hallmark step-ledges (“Philly Steps”), 5Boro also officially announced Jimmy McDonald, deservingly, to the professional ranks with the clip.
