The lens looks as though it was born in the 19th century, but it has been completely updated to ensure it will work with 21st century Canon and Nikon cameras. Seeing that the original Petzval lens was known for its beautiful portrait shots, Lomography made sure that this lens kept the same strong color saturation, narrow depth of field, and other important attributes that were loved so much from the original lens.
